FROM THE MANAGERS DESK
Annual Meeting
We are always looking for board members. Our 104th Annual Meeting is scheduled for June 17th so you might be thinking about this. We have a good time at our Coop and it is very educational. This year we have one position open.
GAS CARD EXPIRATION
Have you recently had trouble with your gas card not working and getting a message that it is expired??
We have been encoding the cards to show an expiration of 2100 thinking we would have a different machine
by that time. We thought wrong. The system is reading it as the year 2021 and then the last two digits were the month. Please stop by or send in your card for us to check your card out. If you aren’t having problems now, you may in the near future. Sorry for the inconvenience.
This last month we lost one stockholder, Katherine Webb formerly of Padroni, CO. Our condolences goes out to her family. She will be missed.
FUEL CONTRACTS
We do have fuel contracts available. If interested please call. These contracts are priced day by day with the prices changing daily. If interested in a contract, please call the office at 970-334-2204.
WHAT IS BUDGET BILLING?
We offer a budget billing program for our propane customers. If you would like to spread your propane bill out over 12 months, this is the plan for you. We take your estimated propane usage for the year and spread the payments over 12 months. Then at the close of our budget billing year we credit you for what you over paid or bill you what was delivered over the budgeted payments. You do not have to contract propane to be on this plan. Our new year starts in May so give us a call if you are interested.

When you schedule a service job on your vehicle, ask Jody or Brad to check your tires and brakes out for you. This is simple to do while your vehicle is already on the rack. It can also save you money not letting your brake pads get so worn out that it ruins the rotors. Keep in mind that Jody or Brad can get you almost any brand of tire there is. Stop and talk to the guys on this. This helps the whole community to shop local.
We do have an oil shuttle program. This is a program that entitles you to a 120 gallon shuttle that is filled on a route with savings on your oil. The tanks and stand are at no cost to you. You do have to take 100 gallon of oil per year to qualify for this program. Cenex will not fill just any container in fear of contamination, as they do warrant their product. You will appreciate the convenience of bulk oil for many reasons, especially the convenience that comes from no longer handling messy drums. If interested talk to me on this. We have also put in shuttles at our station, trying to reduce the price of oil.
Hope you have a good March.
Sincerely yours,
Phillip M. Schumacher
CEO/President
